This Agreement is made between the operator of livecamxx.com ("Platform") and the undersigned model ("Model").

1. CONFIRMATION OF AGE

The Model confirms that they are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to create and share adult content.

2. OWNERSHIP OF CONTENT

The Model affirms that all content uploaded or streamed by them on the Platform is their own original work and does not infringe any third-party rights.

3. GRANT OF RIGHTS

The Model grants the Platform a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free right to host, display, distribute, and monetize the content on the Platform.

4. COMPLIANCE & MONITORING POLICY

The Model agrees to comply with all applicable laws. The Platform employs strict real-time human monitoring of all live shows. Any violation of the Platform's rules or applicable laws will result in the immediate termination of the broadcast and potential suspension of the Model's account.

5. PAYMENT TERMS & REVENUE SHARE

The Model acknowledges that they will receive 49%f the Net Revenue generated from their content and live shows. Payments are issued according to the schedule defined in the Model Dashboard (/monthly) via the selected payment method.

6. CO-PERFORMERS & IDENTITY VERIFICATION

If any broadcast or content includes additional individuals (Co-performers):

• The Model is strictly obliged to verify the identity and age of all co-performers prior to broadcasting.
• All co-performers must be at least 18 years old.
• The Model must keep records of valid government-issued ID documentation for all co-performers and provide these to the Platform upon request.
• Failure to verify co-performers will result in immediate account termination.

7. PROHIBITED CONTENT

The following content and subjects are STRICTLY PROHIBITED on the Platform:

• Any depiction of minors or individuals under 18 years of age.
• Incest, rape, or non-consensual sexual acts.
• Bestiality or violence against animals.
• Extreme violence, torture, or physical abuse.
• Use of illegal drugs or intoxication.
• Promotion of hate speech or illegal acts.

8. TERMINATION

The Model may terminate this Agreement at any time by removing their account, subject to the Platform's content retention policy.

9. LIABILITY

The Platform is not responsible for any legal issues arising from content that violates laws or third-party rights.

By registering and using the platform, the Model confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to this Agreement.
